Returns, exchanges:
Since this is a purchase of information, all sales are final, no returns or exchange accepted.

Usage and resale rights:
If any of our products come with master resale rights, buyers have the right to resell them and pass those rights on to their customers. All of our products are provided "as is," and are without warranty or technical support. LCD Enterprises can not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages associated with the use of any of these products. In any case in NO EVENT shall the liability for any damages, losses and/or causes of action exceed the total amount paid by the user for any of the products. You are responsible for installing and/or providing support to your customers. LCD Enterprises provides no technical support whatsoever.

No Auction Sites:
If you have the resell rights to any of our products, you must agree not to sell them on any online auction sites, including eBay(TM). If you sell these rights to your customers, you have to pass on this condition as required by the author of these products.
